What I Need From You, the Client:
ʚ Pose and Expressions: Specify any poses or expressions you want for your character/subject(s).ʚ Visual References: Provide images or links to references that illustrate what you are looking for. This can include: photos, other artworks, or anything that helps convey your vision.ʚ Rights and Permissions: Clarify how you intend to use the artwork and discuss any licensing or usage rights with me, the artist. Both parties must agree on the terms.ʚ Special Requests: Include any additional requests or details that are important for the commission. Both parties will discuss further upon giving any special request.ʚ Preferred Method of Contact: Specify how you would like to communicate going forward and the best hours to reach you. What I, the Artist will Deliver to You:
ʚ High-Resolution Image: Artwork will be provided in two (2) PNG formats: one watermarked with artist's signature for social media sharing, and another clean version for the intended use.ʚ Correct Dimensions: Deliver artwork in the dimensions specified by the client or use intent. (e.g. Twitch Emotes, Banners, Logo, Etc.)ʚ Delivery Method: Files can be delivered via Discord, Google Drive, or Dropbox in an organized folder. Clear instructions will be provided on how to access these files.

ʚ A: Yes. I require a 50% deposit upfront to secure your commission slot and for bundled commission pieces. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Emotes are 100% upfront.⊱ Q: Do you do bundle deals?
ʚ A: I can offer a bundle if you purchase multiple types of work or more of one type of work. Please request what you would like and the quantity so I can better price you.⊱ Q: What is your turnaround time for commissions?
ʚ A: Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the commission, but generally, it takes up to one to three months. Please note that the estimated time is based on when I start your commission, not when the order is placed. I will notify you when I will begin your order~

ʚ A: I will provide you a shareable PNG with my watermark that can be posted on social media. You can also mention my Twitter/X handle (or Twitch) when posting about your art. If using it for stream purposes such as Twitch, you can list my name in a panel on your channel with what I have done for you. (i.e. Emotes by @SyncAh)⊱ Q: Can your art be used for commercial purposes?
ʚ A: Commercial use of my art requires a separate license and an additional fee. Please get in touch with me for details.⊱ Q: Can I post your art on my social media?
ʚ A: You can share my art on social media as long as you provide proper credit and do not alter the artwork. My art can be shown on your YouTube for monetization, but cannot be the main focus. If you would like more clarification, feel free to reach out to me.(i.e. "Draw this in your style" where the original art piece is shown for a few seconds, then the majority of the video is you drawing the same in your style, and afterward a comparison of the two.)

⊱ Q: What tools and software do you use for your art?
ʚ A: I primarily use my iPad Gen 5 (2017) and the app called Procreate for my digital art pieces. I am learning how to draw on my intous tablet and Clip Studio Paint on some downtime.⊱ Q: Do you offer tutorials or process videos?
ʚ A: I can show you my process videos upon request. I will post some of them on my socials if I'm proud of how the art piece came out!
